Clean and Intelligent Designed MessnerMoto Universal Front Fenders

Universal Front Fender for USD Forks has been engineered with an intelligent and clean mounting system to improve the look of the front end of your motorcycle. Whether you’re building a custom café racer or just replacing the OEM fenders, MessnerMoto Universal Front Fenders will give you the cleanest look.

As with all MessnerMoto products, extreme engineering and design went into the MessnerMoto Universal Front Fenders. The fender itself is SLS 3D Laser Sintered with the latest technology using Polyamide 12 material. Polyamide 12 is tougher and more resistant to impact than the OEM ABS plastic fenders out there. MessnerMoto Front Fenders are spray-painted with Black Plastic Primer. This allows you to get the fender painted any colour you want.

The CNC 6061-T6 aluminum Hard Black Anodized fender carriers have been designed to mount on the lower fork tubes of USD forks. The Fender carriers are of a two-piece design that is mounted without dissembling the fork tubes. The clean and elegant mounting system that rests on the axle lugs only takes up 4mm of fork tube space, making this design so sleek and functional.

Installing the MessnerMoto Universal Front Fenders for USD Forks is a relatively simple procedure.

The CNC Machined fender carriers are connected to the SLS 3D Laser Sintered fenders using 8mm OD and 6mm ID Carbon Fiber tube with 3K matt finish that are clamped into the carriers. The Carbon Fiber tubes have to be cut to length according to your tire size and your desired tire to fender clearance. The final step of the installation process is to glue the fender onto the Carbon Fiber tubes using epoxy glue.

MessnerMoto Universal Front Fenders for USD forks are currently available for 41mm, 43mm and 46mm fork tubes but can be custom made to fit any size lower fork tube.
